In order to participate, the interested bidder should have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the authorized Certifying Authorities. Interested bidders have to necessarily register themselves on CPP portal https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app to participate in the bidding. It shall be the sole responsibility of the interested bidders to get themselves registered at the aforesaid portal.
